If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please notify your coach at least 24 hours in advance to allow for adjustments.

Consultation Fees: The initial complimentary consultation is free of charge.

Package Purchases: All coaching packages must be paid for in full upfront. Once purchased, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether sessions have been completed.
